Federal agents have served a search warrant on a Colorado Springs cannabis club, authorities say.
“A lawful search warrant has been issued in an ongoing investigation,” said Jeff Dorschner, spokesman for U.S. Attorney John Walsh.
The search warrant was served at the Lazy Lion smoke club.
FBI spokeswoman Deborah Sherman said no one was arrested in the operation.
According to a source, agents from the FBI, ATF and IRS are involved in the search.
The Lazy Lion is a private, members-only “cannabis bar/dab bar,” according the business website.
“No red card needed,” it advertises.
The only membership requirement, however, is that applicants produce a valid identification proving they are at least 21 and pay a $5 membership fee.
The business has several private rooms each equipped with Errlectric Enails, comfortable couches, TVs and video game systems.
“We offer a relaxing private atmosphere or a place to come socialize, smoke, play video games and watch TV with friends,” the website says.
