Let me put it this way; it’s like a cupcake, but it’s pizza. Pizza cupcake. Cupcake pizza. Think about it. Are you drooling yet? If the answer is no, you’re not thinking hard enough. Try again, but think harder. While you’re rethinking (use some imagination this time), let’s prep!
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Medium sized bowl
- Muffin tin
- 120mg per batch. Each batch yields six mini pizzas (20mg each pizza).
Step 1: Tortilla Cups
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Next, we’ll be making the muffin/crust base. Using a cookie cutter, cut out a circle in each tortilla. Ideally, our circle will fit perfectly in your muffin tin.
Lightly grease the muffin tin and press each tortilla into the muffin slots, making a bowl shape.
Step 2: Get Saucy!
Bam! And just like that, your pizza sauce is kickin’! Add your medicated sauce into the center of each tortilla cup, be sure to leave a little room for toppings.
Now for the toppings. This is the most subjective part of the recipe since everyone has different opinions/rules/beliefs when it comes to pizza toppings. Meat lovers! Veggie! Hawaiian! The combinations are numerous!
I decided to go half pepperoni, half cheese, but you do you. Let me know in the comments what you came up with!
Step 3: Let’s Get Baked!
Once you’ve added your toppings, place pizza muffins in the oven for 10-12 minutes. When finished your pizza crust should be golden brown, and the cheese should be nice and melted.
Let pizzas cool a few minutes before serving (the roof of your mouth will be thankful).
Step 4: Enjoy!
Wow! Look at that! The power of an entire pizza entirely fits in your hot little hand! I absolutely love this recipe not just because I love pizza (who doesn’t?), but because of the simplicity and quickness from beginning to end. In less than 30 minutes you have six medicated personal pizzas ready to go. How great is that?
These tiny Italian treats are great at parties, as a dinner option, or for snacking on throughout the week. They’re tasty and filling along with containing just enough cannabis to be effective, but not too potent. Have fun with your toppings and let me know where your imagination led you!
